South Australia’s Central Illawarra Cattle Club Calf Day was held on Monday June 13th 2022, during what has so far been a very cold wet winter, however this was one of those odd days where the weather allowed and even encouraged outdoor activities.

Judge Brittany Liebich’s judging style was very much appreciated by everybody, and after official proceedings she was assisted by Thomas Follett in a demonstration and explanation to the youngest enthusiasts as to how to become a successful leader and handler.

A barbecue lunch was then enjoyed by the many families and sponsors who had taken part in the day.
