Gatton's Dairy Showcase continues to grow with increased numbers in 2012 in the Illawarra breed.  Judge, Rob Radel of Biggenden, officiated with eight exhibitors in attendance.

The Henry Family of Hodgsonvale, Toowoomba, reigned supreme in all the championship classes bar Champion Cow which went to the Phillips & Nicholls families with Clarefield OS Marcel Pauline.

The Henry's took out Reserve Champion Cow with White Park Minnie 29, Champion Junior with Tara Panda 6 and Champion and Reserve Champion Juveniles with Tara Cherry 8 and Tara Daffodil 43 respectively.

Roly & Sharon Voss' Mount Vista April was named Honourable Mention Cow with F S Johnston & Sons taking Honourable Mention Junior with Jondene Tiddlewinks 6 and Peter and Cheryl Ardrey Honourable Mention Juvenile with Cheralyn Moira 39.

Illawarras also excelled in the inter-breed competition winning Supreme Cow, Supreme Udder, Supreme Juvenile and both the Pen of Three Cows and Pen of Three Heifers.
