Tasmania's 2012 Illawarra-Guernsey Calf Day saw the Mallavale Stud (Max and Margaret Austin) gaining further success in the Illawarra show ring.

Mallavale Rosemaid 4 (Redrama) DOB August 12, 2011, under handler Samantha Johns was awarded Champion Illawarra Calf much to the delight of owners and Illawarra stalwarts, Max and Margaret Austin.

Approximately 45 calves were exhibited in the joint show.

Samantha, leading Rosemaid, was named Champion Illawarra Calf Handler with Tasmanian President, Josh Smith, Reserve Champion.
