The Llandovery Stud (Tony and Elle Hayes) had double success at today’s (September, 19) Melbourne Royal Show under judge, Mr Keith Dorries, Panorama, Oakey, Queensland.  Full results now available.  See News/Show Results/2011

Champion Cow was Llandovery Empire’s Freida and Llandovery Redliner Pride was named Intermediate Champion.  The Hayes family were pipped at the post for Junior Champion with Tim and Natalie Cochrane’s Kangawarra Clarrie 3356 beingnamed Champion Junior with the Hayes’ Glencliff Beauty 558 being named Reserve.

Wallumlands stud (Terry and Ursula Tidcombe) also had double success taking out both Honourable Mention Cow and Honourable Mention Junior with Wallumlands Blush 4 and Wallumlands Margaret 47 respectively.

Reserve Champion cow was Glenhaven Topsy 16 owned by T & D Kavanagh and Reserve Champion Intermediate was Llandovery JR Bob Verbena owned by Three Creeks Partnership.  Honourable Mention Intermediate went to Red Cow Farm Pty Ltd with Redstar Classical Blush.
